Going for a walk

Levi and I try to get outside everyday... so it happens about 3 times a week. It is fun to see how Levi is growing and starting to understand things. When he gets fussy and nothing inside the house seems to calm him down - I know it's time for our walk. It can be a painful process as I get my shoes and jacket on, as he is screaming, but when he sees me with the stroller or the sling he starts claming down and by the time we leave the house he is relaxed and ready to go (usually). Last night we went for a walk and as I was getting him ready he looked too cute not to take a picture.

Oh my goodness! I want to eat him up Sonja! So adorable. You can tell, too, that his entire face has relaxed from "I AM GOING CRAZY in here" to "Ahh, some fresh air does a body good." Not that I can understand or anything =)

Sonja! Those are the cutest pictures. The first one cracks me up.. "I am holding it together, Mom, but you better get moving.." I remember taking the twins for stroller rides when I was a nanny - it was a very necessary daily routine. Although, when you live at the bottom of a huge series of hills, a walk is never a small feat. I bet Levi will be really excited when summer rolls around and he can be outdoors more!

The "after" picture is just too cute for words. He looks so happy and snuggled in to his stroller. :) I can't hardly wait to have one too!
